What’s involved? 

The group will be split into 2 Teams, trainers will be divided amongst the teams and they will battle it out for the 6 weeks gathering points by completing challenges and various tasks over the 6 weeks. An individual leaderboard will also run for everyone on the challenge.

Our group classes are for all fitness levels so If you are new to exercise or ninja status we got you covered.

We use colour grouping to help with alternatives to ensure everyone gets the best workout yellow (beginner) Green (Intermediate) Black (Advanced). All our Instructors are fully qualified REPS Reg Personal Trainers ensuring all members get a great workout.

Ages 7 – 12-Year-Olds/ 9-14 year olds

Run for 9 Weeks 4 pm until 4.45pm

We run 2 programs for the younger kids we have a Yoga & Martial arts class and for the older kids we run an animal flow class.

We tailor the program/ training plan to suit your goal, needs, time and budget.
